🚚 Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping — Free (orders $75+) / $9.99

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Items ship from our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

White-Glove Delivery — $49.99

Our premium delivery service. Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks. A Gaslhy Home specialist will:

Call to schedule a convenient 4-hour delivery window
Bring furniture inside and place it in the room of your choice
Assemble all pieces with included hardware
Remove and dispose of all packaging materials

White-Glove Delivery is currently available throughout California and select areas of Nevada and Arizona. Contact us for availability in your area.

Freight Shipping — $99.99

For oversized furniture over 100 lbs or pieces with special handling requirements. Estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks. Freight delivery is curbside only (driver brings item to the end of your driveway). Assembly is not included. We strongly recommend adding White-Glove service for large items.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT ship the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery through the carrier's website (FedEx or UPS). For White-Glove and Freight orders, our team will contact you directly to confirm the delivery schedule.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or call 626-419-1889. Please include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Geographic Restrictions

Standard Shipping is available to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally. White-Glove and Freight Shipping are available in California and select neighboring states.
