30-Day Return Window
Gaslhy Home accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unassembled condition
- In original packaging with all hardware and accessories included
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
Assembled Furniture
Once furniture has been assembled, it can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect or if the item arrived damaged. We strongly recommend inspecting all pieces before assembly. If you notice a defect after assembly, contact us immediately with photos.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $200. Gaslhy Home is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance and final-sale items
- Assembled furniture (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before moving or assembling the piece and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
